These innovative flanges are molded from high-density  composite nylon and  kevlar  reinforced. One flange attaches to each side of the buffing wheel using the new rapid thread design, eliminating the need for a nut. One pair needed per wheel, 3" diameter, 5/8" arbor hole.  Made in the USA.
