This is a mill treated buffing wheel primarily used for cut & color. The Dark Blue airway wheel is used as a more aggressive cut & color secondary cut airway preceding our "œJoker" series airway, or as a lighter cut primary cut airway  
after our Yellow mill treat airway. Mill treated cloth for a rougher aluminum or stainless steel surface.
