NOTE: Kenworth trucks made in March 2001 must check their existing hub adaptor to determine which one to order. Item 223051 has 40 splines with one single brass contact ring for the horn. If the existing hub adaptor has 36 splies with two separate brass contact rings for the horn, you need item 223050 instead.
