NOTE: Kenworth trucks made in March 2001 must check their existing hub adaptor to determine which one to order. Item 223050 has 36 splines with two separate brass contact rings for the horn. If the existing hub adaptor has 40 splines with one single contact ring for the horn, you need item 223051 instead.
