Fits Kenworth April 1997-March 2001 with fixed or adjustable steering column.
NOTE: Kenworth trucks made in March 2001 must check their existing hub adaptor to determine which one to order. Item 108397 has 36 splines with 2 separate brass contact rings for the horn. If the existing hub adaptor has 40 splines with 1 single brass contact ring for the horn, you need item 108396 instead.
