This hinged panel will not crack and break like solid mount versions can. Made from one continuous piece of 18 gauge, high shine stainless steel. Hinge and thru-rod are also stainless steel, eliminating the potential for rusty bolts. Panel easily mounts to the underside of the bumper with pre-drilled mounting holes. Mounting holes are 10.4" apart. Holds one license plate. 7.5"H x 13.5"L.
