34" x 20" stainless steel rounded corner rear panel with five 4" light holes and closed back.   Universal panel that mounts to the back of the truck frame.   There are drilled holes on the frame with screws. You must remove anything in the way, so it mounts flush to the frame.    A lot of the times you must remove the bolts, but we supply the bolts in case there are none in place.
