The J-Lock lockable, anti-theft storage and scurity system easily mounts nearly anywhere on your truck to safeguard your load locks when not in use. Each load lock is individually cradled to ensure no movement, either side to side or up and down. Secures both 1-1/2" or 1-5/8" diameter bars. Foot tray accomodates both 2" x 4" and 4" x 4" pads. Not for use with square cargo bars.
