This 12" x 96" reflective "D" Canadian banner has a heavy reflective white urethane coated surface over a vinyl laminated 9 oz. tarpaulin. The transparent red ink is printed on the white reflective material. We double needle stitch black edge binding on the top and bottom and set eight large #5 toothed grommets with 90 lbs of pressure for attaching the banner to your truck or trailer.
